Pocketful terms of use

1. Free to use. Pocketful is free, with no ads and nothing to buy.
2. Your content is yours. The cards, photos and recordings you make belong to you. We do not claim any rights to them and we do not see them.
3. Other people's decks. If you import a deck someone else made, you are responsible for having the right to use it. Pocketful is an independent app that can read common deck files; Anki is a trademark of its owners.
4. Backups. Keep your backup files safe. We cannot recover your cards, because we never have them.
5. No warranty. The app is provided as it is. We work hard to keep your cards safe, but please keep a backup of anything important.
6. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always in the app under You > Privacy, terms & about.
